at the Finnish National Specialty 25.8.2012!

Unbelievable day at the Finnish National Specialty in Helsinki! BOB and BOS for Funatics!
Funatic Roquefort won Best of Breed and BIS-2 at the Finnish National Specialty Show – what an accomplishment! And all the way owner-handled! Juusto turned 5 years old couple of days before the show and he is like a fine wine or should I say like a fine cheese which achieves its full flavours after ageing.
On a side note: Juusto’s sire Riccarron Nano Nano won the Specialty in 2009 and dam Arancha v. Rummelsbach took BOS at the Specialty in 2005. Juusto is second specialty winning offspring for Arancha – first was Funatic Versace in 2007. And another Arancha daughter Bendoran Adele took BOS at the specialty in 2009. WOW… what a family!
Funatic Nobiz Like Shobiz showed her heart out and won bitches and took Best of Opposite! Such an amazing win for Nella who just turned two years a month earlier and finished her Ch. title in Kuopio earlier in August. She is such a happy show dog with beautiful effortless movement and Kaisa showed her to perfection – what a team!
We also had nice class placements as siblings Gusto and Molla took second place in intermediate class. And Funatic breeder group took 2nd place with Juusto, Gusto, Nella and Piquet in the group.
Juusto’s kids also did great! His lovely daughter Pandemian Dos Vancos was 3rd best bitch, BOB junior and BIS2 Junior! Another Juusto daughter, Vuorenpeikon Emma, placed 3rd in junior class. His son Ridon Hennet Illinois took 3rd place in intermediate class. Well done all!
A BIG Thank You to my dear friends Kaisa, Ritvaliisa, Seikku, Kirsi, Sabine, Natalia, Sarianna, Tiina, Chrisse & co! You are the best! Everything went smoothly, dogs were presented to perfection and you have such good sportsmanship and team spirit! Only thing I had to do was to be nervous and bite my nails. Well, luckily I didn’t even have time for that since I was busy with the show arrangements and photography – it would be too exciting for me to just sit by the ring side.
Once again BIG CONGRATULATIONS Natalia & Juusto, Kirsi & Nella for your wins! Be proud and enjoy every moment!
